Ron was working on our backyard last summer and I can't wait for winter to end so I have a full summer to use and enjoy the result (though I do enjoy to look at it every day when I come home). But not only is the result of Ron's work a piece of art (an organic one) - the process of getting there was very pleasant as well. He and his crew are reliable, careful, hard working - and what struck me most - everyone seemed to love what they are doing and they are all taking pride in their work.
I was especially pleased that he was very flexible and accomodating: the job in our yard was disturbed by the finding of an old oiltank. So even though there were unexpected delays for Ron, to my great relief, he was able to postpone the job until the oiltank was removed. And as soon as the oiltank removers were gone, the landscapers came back.
I couldn't have asked for better service and if I need work done again, I hope Ron will be able to do it.
